First become an NH customer by opening an account here. Then you may place an order online or via Telesales.


Online ordereing is open until Midnight. Telesales is open from 8:30 - 16:30  7 days a week.

Order online before midnight, or by 16:30 for live Telesales for next day delivery.

We deliver 7 days per week all year apart from on Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day.

There are no delivery fees.

All of our fleet is multi-temperature, so all of your items arrive on one delivery.

We are currently not set up to facilitate Customer Collections.

Chilled and Frozen items MUST be returned immediately on the point of delivery with your driver. We will accept returns on ambient goods depending on the circumstances. Please get in touch.

Credits are usually issued the same day as a return.

 Telephone and Online orders can be paid for by credt/debit card. We also offer accounts with Direct Debit. Get in touch for details about opening an account with Direct Debit.

We don’t produce printed brochures but all our current products and promotions are available to view and purchase online. Log into our test accout to see our range.
